We welcome you to Aubrey's at The Clochfaen Llangurig

The Clochfaen is an amazing Arts and Crafts designed house set in 20 acres of private woodland. A stunning location from which you can enjoy excellent local fishing, endless and beautiful walks and cycle trails.

The bed and breakfast (right) is not set in the main house but has been tastefully created out of the former servants quarters.

The B&B looks over the Wye Valley (Top) and has outstanding views across mountains and farmland. yes the house is only a 25 minute from Aberystwyth and the west coast of Wales.

Other towns nearby are the inland towns of Llanidloes and Rhayader and Builth Wells all of which like the B&B sit in the Wye Valley and the Wye River itself.

Llanidloes is a very pretty town with a slow pace of life, it is surrounded by stunning mountain scenery and is a very pleasant place to visit and spend time in.

Unlike Llanidloes, Rhayadar is a busy market town at the centre of the region, an important historical crossing point and offers much for the visitor, plenty of shops and places to eat and drink.

Builth Wells (Left) is a stunning place with it's ancient river cross and castle it is one of those must see villages in Wales. So much history has passed through Builth Wells and it is a photographers dream.

Last but not least is the town of the Aberystwyth the principal holiday resort and administrative centre of the west coast of Wales. The town is nestled between three hills and two beaches, and hosts some castle ruins, a pier and a harbour.
